Wildstone was developed from a need to retrieve great tasting bread. We found that by a long and slow fermentation we could achieve amazing flavors that rarely get developed with faster methods of production, and as an extra bonus it improves the digestibility of bread.
We use organic flours and local fruits from small farms for our tarts and pastries. Our recipes are inspired from travel which we hope you
will enjoy. We are based in Boulder Creek.

A puff pastry tart. Made from organic unbleached wheat flour, apples, coconut sugar, butter, Himalayan Pink salt, eggs, yeast, water.
Potica
A sweet pastry with walnuts, coffee and chocolate and vanilla encased in a brioche type bread. Made with unbleached organic wheat flour, eggs, milk, yeast, coconut sugar, Himalayan Pink salt, water.
Chocolate Heaven
An ethereally light but intense chocolate cake made with bitter chocolate, eggs, olive oil, and vanilla.

Mini buns packed with juicy raisins in a rye bread dough. Made with organic whole rye flour, wild ferment starter, yeast, honey, coconut sugar, organic raisins, coriander, nutmeg, water.
